Greg Harris

    Greg plays alto and tenor saxophone, flute, piccolo, and clarinet.  Greg's birthday is, believe it or not, December 25 - CHRISTMAS.  So if you're shopping for Greg just buy him one BIG   present!  He is the Vice President of Development-Fund Raising for Zoo Atlanta.  He also leads most of the African safaris for the Zoo.  Greg has his Bachelor of Music Education & Jazz Studio Performance from the University of Cincinnati, where he also has attained his MBA in Arts Administration.

    Some of Greg's musical influences are Dexter Gordon, Charlie Parker, Phil Woods, Chicago, Blood, Sweat, & Tears, and Steely Dan.  The groups and artists he has performed with sounds more like a Who's Who in Music:  Buddy Rich, The Glen Miller Orchestra, Bud Shank, Kenny Loggins, Barry Manilow, Sha Na Na, and Bo Diddly.  WOW!

    Some of Greg's hobbies are Hang Gliding, Mountain Biking, and Hiking.  Sounds like a very outdoorsy type guy.  He is at the Zoo!
